We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team.
A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have the willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks will require close collaboration with co-workers (dump trucks & other operators)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator operator (CAT Controls)
- Operate Large Equipment Cat 349, Cat 345, Cat 328, Cat 325, long reach, DN5 D6M Dozer
- Able to operate under stressful conditions (Fast pace Jobsite)
- Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools is an asset
- Understanding excavation work
- Health and safety conscious
- Ability to read blueprints, take direction from project manager and understand the different grades
- Attention to detail
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina and strength
- Have reliable means of transportation
